- All Operators wishing to operate rented Jet Ski that were born on or after January 1st, 1988 are required to have in their possession proof of completion of approved boating education course. (Temporary or Lifetime) for the State of Florida.

- A Nonresident who has in his or her possession proof that he or she has completed a NASBLA-approved boater safety course or equivalency examination from another state.

- You can also visit www.myfwc.com for a list of approved vendors in the state. The temporary certificate / license is valid for 90 days and is not intended to be a permanent replacement for the Lifetime Boating Safety Education Identification Card.
- All Operators wishing to operate that is born on or after Jan 1st, 1988, must have in their possession proper Valid - Government Issued Photo Identification Card on said (person) at all times before & while operating a (PWC) vessel in the State of Florida.
