Refund / Reschedule Policy

Please be aware not following all State of Florida (FWC) renting guidelines, persons that don't fully comply with all the requirements may (Delay, Postpone or even Cancel) your reservation before even leaving the dock. 

• Please arrive 30 minutes early for on-time departure (If you select 10AM - Plan to be at our waterfront location (Signal Cove Event Center) at 9:30am)
• Renter(s) that fail to show greater than 30 minutes past the scheduled reservation time of the booking will be surrendering all deposit(s) made on our website to hold your reservation and the reservation will be cancelled.
• Running few minutes behind, let us know message us directly at 352-293-5114. 

Refund / Reschedule (Customer)

• We allow 24-hour advance notice cancelation of changing, adding, removing or any reservation changes with full website deposit refunded and supplied back to you. 

Canceling & Refunding Deposit or Rescheduling at customers request (Xtr3meVortex)

• Xtr3me Vortex, LLC reserves the full right to cancel, change, modify your reservation with little to no notice. These situations are extremely rare but, may arise due to safety, uncontrollable weather conditions or even mechanical issues with the jet skis themselves at any time. If we are canceling, modifying your reservation in any way we will reach out directly to you as soon as we able to do so., At that time we will supply options for full website deposit refund, date or time changes as well as other reasonable remedies.

More Information on Refund / Cancel (Customer Request):

• Xtr3me Vortex, LLC will offer assistance to reschedule the reservation to another date/time of the Original Scheduled Reservation if requested within 24-hour notice of the upcoming booked reservation. 
• Please contact us directly at our email address Xtr3meVortex@icloud.com or 352-293-5114 with all of the booking information (Date/Time/Reservation #) and information about what you are requesting.
• We will do everything in our power to make adjustments & reschedule for advance 24-hour notice as outlined above, please understand that when a person completes a reservation on our website it reserves / holds your place on those PWC(s) / accessories. Small family business, and we fill up fast. The site is designed to (block) over booking as well as to make sure people are not impacting other's ability to book by failing to show. 

Website Deposit:

• Deposit holds are required for each reservation created on our website; this gives you peace of mind that your selected equipment will be available on your selected date/time you are wishing to rent- This deposit is taken off the remaining balance collected at the dock. Customers are highly encouraged to complete their reservation sooner than later, even in some vacation trips to the area days if not weeks ahead.

Uncontrollable Weather Conditions:

• If poor weather conditions are forecasted during your reservation and Xtr3me Vortex, LLC feels that the weather / water conditions warrant temporary hold on releasing the (PWCs) onto the water. Xtr3me Vortex, LLC will offer assistance to reschedule the reservation to another time or offer full refund of Website Deposit Holds. (Some Restrictions Due Apply) please reach out to us directly day of the reservation. Failure to contact or no shows will surrender website deposits.  
• Please keep in mind Florida's weather changes fast, and forecasts are different only few miles apart. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns. 

Please Take Notice:

• All in person transactions are final. No refunds will be given after payment has been processed at the water and watercraft leave the dock.
