Operating permits to the public.

                                   All permits & certificates are made available upon request from State of Florida Law Enforcment SB 418 & SB 606 Boater Safety Act. 

All Livery Operations and their employees that conduct, Certification Pre-Ride when renting (PWC's) in the State of Florida - Are required to have - Lifetime Boater Safety Certificate(s) approved by the State of Florida.

All Livery Businesses are required to hold Insurance 500k / 1m policies that cover their businesses while operating in the State of Florida.

All Livery Businesses in the State of Florida - are required to cover their (renters) with said insurance in the renter's own name or offer insurance for purchase in renters names for said rental.
