Operating Permits displayed to the public.

All permits & certificates are made available upon request from State of Florida Law Enforcment SB 418 & SB 606 Boater Safety Act. 

• All State of Florida Livery Operation Businesses and their employees that conduct, Certification Pre-Ride when renting (PWC's) in the State of Florida - Are required to have - Lifetime Boater Safety Certificate(s) approved by the State of Florida.
• All State of Florida Livery Operation Businesses are required to hold Insurance 500k / 1 million policies that cover them when renting (PWC's) in the State of Florida.
• All State of Florida Livery Operation Businesses in the State of Florida - are required to cover their (renter operators) with said insurance in the renter's own name or offer insurance for purchase in (renter operators) own name for said rental. Looking to purchase riding insurance, please ask Xtr3me Vortex employee at the water for more information.
